Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken 250 grams
  2. Sour cream 1 cup
  3. Paprika 1teaspooon
  4. Pepper 1teaspoon
  5. Honey 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Purple cabbage 1 cup
  8. Babycorn slits 1 cup
  9. Cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup
  10. Cheese wraps 1
  11. Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  12. Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First clean the chicken with water and put in lukewarm water with salt for 20 minutes
  2. Next remove from water and marinate with the ingredients mentioned for 2.5 hrs.
  3. Now in meantime for veggies salad finely cut the veggies as per desired shape and blanch it in warm water.
  4. Now heat olive oil in a grill pan
  5. On slow flame sautee the marinated chicken. You can grill it till you get desired colour and grill marks. Continue to flip the other side to cook evenly.
  6. Sprinkle pepper powder and oregano flakes
  7. Now once its done, remove and spread on a serving tray.
  8. Now to prepare the veggies salad sautee the veggies in the grill pan. Toss it with little vinegar and pepper and cheese wraps. Once golden brown remove .
  9. Now garnish with desired spices the grilled chicken and sautee veggies with mayonnaise.
