About Dudhi Manchurian Balls Recipe

Many people love this Dudhi Kofta Curry. Not only awesome Indian dishes but Chinese dishes as well can be made from Dudhi. These mouth melting balls with soya sauce gravy are simply awesome.

Dudhi Manchurian Balls

Ingredients to make Dudhi Manchurian Balls

  • 2 cup grated lauki (bottle guard)
  • 1/2 cup boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup soaked flattened rice
  • 2 or 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 green chillies, nicely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, nicely chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking

How to make Dudhi Manchurian Balls

  1. Boil the grated dudhi only for 2-3 mins and do not over cook it. Now strain and leave it to cool.
  2. Once its cooled, add boiled rice, soaked flattened rice and all the remaining ingredients and mash it properly.
  3. Now take a small amount of this mixture and make small balls of it.
  4. Fry these balls till they turn light brown in colour. Your dudhi manchurian balls are now ready.
  5. Dip it in the already prepared soya sauce gravy and serve it hot with a garnish of some spring onions on it.
