ABOUT Soya pepper fried rice RECIPE

My new fried rice with pepper and soya sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boiled Rice 2 cups
  2. Shredded Chicken 1 cup
  3. Egg 2
  4. Oil 3 tablespoon
  5. Ginger grated 1 teaspoon
  6. Slit green chillies 2-3
  7. Soya sauce 4 tablespoon
  8. Red Chilli sauce 2 tablespoon
  9. Pepper 2 tablespoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Maggie taste maker 1 packet
  12. Spring onion chopped 1 cup
  13. Spring onion bulbs chopped 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice with little salt and once done remove in a big plate a let it cool.
  2. Add little oil in it.
  3. Make an Omelet of 2 eggs and cut in small cubes.
  4. In a wok heat oil add in ginger green chillies and saute for some time.
  5. Add in the onion bulbs chopped and saute.
  6. Add in the shredded chicken and then add pepper and Maggie taste maker in it.
  7. Saute until spices well mixed.
  8. Turn off the gas.
  9. In rice add in the sauces and mix well.
  10. Then add the chicken masala prepared in the rice and mix again.
  11. Then add the chopped spring onions and egg pieces in it.
  12. And mix untill everything well combine
  13. Turn on the gas and heat the wok.
  14. Add all the prepared rice in it and toss all together.
  15. Cover the lid on sim gas and let it cook untill a nice steam comes out.
  16. And it's done.
  17. Remove in plate and garnish with some spring onion on top.
