Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Roti 6
  2. Ghee for frying
  3. Green pea paste (blanched and purred) 1 cup
  4. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  5. Asafoetida (Hing) powder 1/3 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Water 2-3 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil 2 tablespoon
  11. Chat mashla 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Blanch green peas and make a fine paste, with very little water.
  2. Now in a pan add oil and heat.
  3. Add cumin seeds, green pea paste and cook.
  4. To this add hing powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  5. Add few drops of water, salt, cook and keep aside.
  6. Take a roti, add the filling and the roti turned into the potli shape and tighted the upper portion with toothpick
  7. Fry in ghee on a tawa.
  8. Sprinkle some chat mashla on top and served hot.
