Ingredients to make Beetroot Barfi

  • 1 cup beetroot (grated)
  • 1 cup fika mawa (khoya)
  • 2 glass milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1-1 tbsp crashed dry fruit ( kaju ,badam, pista )
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

How to make Beetroot Barfi

  1. Mix all ingredients and cook till they leave the sides of the pan.
  2. Grease a tray and spread the mixture on it.
  3. After 1/2 hour cut in cube.
  4. Garnish with dry fruit.
