Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gm lotus stem
  2. 2 cup besan.
  3. Salt 2 taste
  4. 1/4tsp each turmeric powder,red chilly powder, carom seeds
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make the better of besan with salt and all the masalas.
  2. Scrape the lotus stem and cut triangles
  3. Wash it properly.
  4. Boil in cooker till 1 whistle.
  5. Strain it dry on kitchen napkin.
  6. Now dip it in besan batter.
  7. Heat oil in a karahi.
  8. Fry the small pakoras.
  9. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
  10. Serve with chatni.
