Green Peas Maggi Magic

Ingredients to make Green Peas Maggi Magic

  • Maggi Masala 2 packets
  • Handful of fresh green coriander
  • 1 Green Chilli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • Maggie masala 1 sachet
  • Onion 1, small
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • 1/2 cup Sauteed Peas
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to make Green Peas Maggi Magic

  1. Saute the onion and garlic in some oil. Add in green chilli.
  2. Break maggie and add in. Add in 4 cups of water and let it boil.
  3. Add in the masala sachets, some salt and pepper. Simmer and wait for the water to reduce.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk the 2 eggs add in salt and pepper and fry in a separate pan.
  5. Add in the peas in the maggie followed by the scrambles egg.
  6. Sprinkle more maggie masala on top and finally garnish with fresh coriander.
