Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  2. Corn flour 1 tsp
  3. Beetroot juice 4 tsp
  4. Potatoes 2-3 boiled
  5. Corn 1/4 cup
  6. Carrot 1 grated
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Amchoor powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. For sheets:-Take a big utensils add all purpose flour,corn flour, a pinch salt, ghee 1/2 tsp mix it well .
  2. Add beetroot juice and make a soft dough. Keep a side 2- 3 minutes.
  3. For filling-Take a bowl add potatoes, corn, carrot, coriander leaves,salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and amchoor powder mix it well.
  4. Take a dough and make a sheets spread one wrapper, place a stuffing. Roll one edge towards the inner sides covering the stuffing bring the sides to the center.
  5. Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal.
  6. Heat oil in until hot enough add the rolls in hot oil and fry evenly by stirring until golden.
  7. Drain them on kitchen tissue.
  8. Serve hot with green sauce.
