Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1 cup Yellow lentil
  3. 1 cup gramflour
  4. Oil for fry
  5. Salt as required
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  10. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 1/2 tsp asafoedita
  13. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  14. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  15. 1/2 tsp clove powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak yellow lentil for 60 minutes.
  2. Add maida in abowl and add water,salt,and oil to it.
  3. Knead a soft dough and keep it aside for 30 min.
  4. Heat oil in a pan than add cumin seeds,asafoetida,turmeric powder and gram flour and cook till light brown.
  5. Then add red chilli powder,salt and coriander powder.
  6. Add dry mango powder and clove powder.
  7. Than coriander seeds and mint leaves.
  8. Add yellow lentil and mix it well.
  9. Add garam masala and mix it.
  10. Now make small bolls of filling.
  11. Then divide the into small bolls.
  12. Roll a small puri and fill stuffing boll in it.
  13. Seal with ends and roll it.
  14. Heat oil in pan and deep fry kachori till light brown.
  15. Serve it.
