Its a healthy version of maida kachori and awesome in taste

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredient for covering- 1 cup suji
  2. 1 cup besen
  3. pinch of turmeric powder
  4. salt as taste
  5. pinch of red chilli
  6. half spoon cumin seeds
  7. pinch of heeng
  8. half spoon coriander powder
  9. 3 cup water
  10. Ingredients for stuffing- 4 boiled potatoes
  11. 1 finely chopped onion
  12. salt as ur taste
  13. 1 green chilli n some coriander leaves
  14. half teaspoon black pepper
  15. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Add a spoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, heeng, turmeric powder, red chili and salt. Make a smooth mixture of suji and gramflour with help of water and add that into the pan and cook till batter leaves the sides of pan.
  2. Now mix mashed potatoes,onion,green chilli ,coriander,salt n black pepper
  3. When suji mixture cools down, apply oil on your hand and make a ball.
  4. Now put a small part of stuffing in it.
  5. Now close it very nicely.
  6. Now make all kachories like this and deep fry in hot oil
  7. Suji kachori is ready, serve hot.
