ABOUT Seetaphal Rabadi RECIPE

Temptingly delecious indian all time favourite dessert, Rabadi with blend of Very delicious custard apple . Custard apple pulp is added to reduced and flavoured milk .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole milk 2 litre
  2. Custard Apple 4 to 5 medium size
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Finely chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon
  5. Saffron strands few

Instructions

  1. Allow milk to boil and turn the heat very low
  2. Remove seeds of custard Apple and keep ready it's pulp and store in fridge
  3. Let milk reduced to 1/4th of its original quantity ..and keep stirring consistently to avoid sticking on the bottom
  4. Add sugar and mix well
  5. Keep stirring consistently
  6. Milk will start thickening and reuced in its original quantity. Switch off the heat and allow it to cool completely
  7. Add custard Apple pulp ti thickened Rabadi
  8. add saffron strands and chopped dry fruits . Mix well and refrigerate
  9. Garnish with some more chopped dry fruits and serve chilled. Enjoy endlessly.
