Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chickpeas/White chana 1 cup
  2. Chat masala 2Tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  4. Olive oil 2-3Tbsp
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak white chana in sufficient water for 8 hrs or overnight.
  2. Add salt to white chana and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
  3. Using colander drain the water from white chana .
  4. Place white chana on kitchen towel /Tissue paper for atleast 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat airfryer at 180*c for 5 minutes.
  6. In a bowl add white chana,olive oil,red chilli powder,chat masala and salt.
  7. Mix everything nicely.
  8. Place the masala coated white chana in airfryer basket .
  9. Cook for 25 minutes.
  10. Serve with cup of tea or store for 3-4 days in airtight container.
