Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dry mint leaves powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 2 tablespoon oil
  6. 2 cup oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add maida
  2. Add mint leaves powder
  3. Add salt
  4. Add chopped coriander
  5. Add oil
  6. Add required water
  7. Make daugh like paeatha
  8. Rest daugh for 5 min.
  9. Now make small size tikki
  10. Deep fry tikki on slow flame till became golden and crispy
  11. Serve it
