Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Oats - 1+1 cup
  2. Boiled mashed potato - 1/2 cup
  3. Grated carrot - 1 1/2 cup
  4. Corn - 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger garlic crush.- 1 tbsp
  6. Peri peri masala - 2 tsp
  7. Chopped onion - 1 nos
  8. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  9. Maida - 1/2 tbsp
  10. Salt
  11. Oil for fry
  12. Little bigger skewer

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except 1 cup of oats and maida.
  2. Mix well and make a soft dough
  3. Make small size balls out of the dough
  4. Take maida and water, make a medium thick batter.
  5. Dip one by one ball into the batter and coat with oats.
  6. Stick skewer to each oats coated balls.
  7. Heat ample amount of oil and deep fry the balls at high flame. Fry until golden brown.
  8. Take out the oats ball from the Kadhai on the paper towel , so that extra oil to absorb.
  9. Serve hot with sauce.
  10. Tasty tasty oats lollipops are ready
