This twisting dish made from chakli bhajni flour.Best for post Diwali snack.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For Bhajni Puri
  2. Chakli bhajni 2 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Sesame seeds 1tsp
  5. Oil 1tbsp
  6. Salt As per taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For hung curd and whipped cream dip
  9. Hung curd 1/2
  10. Whipp cream 1 cup
  11. Red chilli powder As per taste
  12. Salt As per taste
  13. Garam masala As per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water,add 1tbsp oil,red chilli powder,sesame seeds,and salt.
  2. Switch off the gas and add 2 cup bhajni flour .cover it.
  3. Knead the mixture after 5 minutes.
  4. Mixture should be same as like as roti dough.
  5. Make small balls,then make small puri.With fork, prick each puri.
  6. Place each puri on appam maker pan.Give shape like deep puri.cut the edges from upside.Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Deep fry each half cooked round puri in the oil on medium heat.
  8. For making dip,whipp cream with the help of electric beater.
  9. Add hung curd,red chilli powder, garam masala and salt in it.
  10. Mix properly and fill in piping bag.
  11. Stuff dip in the Bhajni puri.
  12. Garnish with coriander and black sesame seeds.
