Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 11/2 cup maida
  2. 1/2 tbsp yeast
  3. 1/2 cup warm water +
  4. 1/4 cup warm milk
  5. 3 tbsp sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp Salt
  7. Butter melted 2 tbsp
  8. 1 egg
  9. Oil for Deep frying
  10. Doughnuts cutter

Instructions

  1. Take a glass add yeast to this add warm water and 1 tsp sugar mix well keep this in a warm place for 5 minutes or until foamy
  2. Take a large bowl add yeast mixture milk salt butter and1/2 cup flour mix keep aside for 5 minutes
  3. now add remaining flour egg and warm water until the dough no longer stick to bowl knead for 5 minutes until smooth and sticky
  4. greased the bowl and cover set this in warm place until it rises in double the size or for 1 hour bring the dough into floured surface and gently roll out to 1/2 thickness cut with floured doughnuts cutter let the doughnuts rest to rise in double size or for 5 minutes cover with cloth
  5. meanwhile heat the pan add enough oil when oil is hot fry the doughnuts on a medium flame till golden Color or till done
  6. for sugar coating in a pan add 2 tbsp butter when it starts melting add icing sugar 100 grams mix well till is it smooth keep aside when doughnuts is ready dip it in the sugar mixture keep aside or use chocolate sauce and add colorful sprinkle yummy and tasty doughnuts is ready thank you enjoy happy cooking
