Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. boil potatoes 1/2cup
  2. finely chopped onion 3tbsp
  3. finely chopped cabbage 3tbsp
  4. finely chopped carrot 2tbsp
  5. finely chopped capsicum 3tbsp
  6. schezwan sauce 1tsp
  7. pizza sauce 1tsp
  8. rice flour 3tbsp
  9. semolina 4tbsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  12. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take boil potatoes ,finely chopped veggies and rice flour in a vessel
  2. Add schezwan sauce,pizza sauce salt and red chilli powder in it
  3. Mix well make a dough
  4. Make a round flat cutlet
  5. Coat it with semolina
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan add cutlet for frying in it
  7. Fry it on medium high flame till crisp an golden
  8. Serve hot with sauce
