Perfect cake for kids parties enjoy with coffee or used as sweet when ever you want. it was very light and soft.everyone loves it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Flour / maida -2 cup
Baking powder - 2tsp
Icing sugar -1 cup
Egg 3
Butter - 500gm
Milk - 1/2 cup
Tutti fruti -1 cup
Vanilla essence -2-3 drops

Instructions

In a bowl seive flour and baking powder.
In another bowl seive sugar and add buuter and mix well with help of hand beater again add eggs one by one and beat it adding flour mix.
If needed add milk to get softer the batter add vanilla essence and add tutti fruti.
Convert in to baking greased pan . And tap it .
Put the baking cake tin in to preheated oven 180c for 35-40 min.
Check by tooth pick .cool it down concert in to the plate .
