Creamy Corn Soup

Ingredients to make Creamy Corn Soup

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water

How to make Creamy Corn Soup

  1. Take a pan, boil the water, milk and corn together till the corn becomes soft.
  2. Then add in salt and pepper. Now churn this mixture in a blender.
  3. If the soup is a little thin, add 1 tbsp corn flour in 2 tbsp water in a small bowl, mix it well then add it into the soup.
  4. Stir well and continue to boil this for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Serve this creamy corn soup hot.
My Tip: You can also add finely chopped cottage cheese to make it tastier.

I used baby corn instead of sweet corn, boiled chopped ginger and garlic alongwith the baby corn and added lemongrass extract to it at last....tasted awesome!
