  2. Tuvr dal 1/2 cup
  3. Tamarind lemon size
  4. Vegetables of your choice
  5. Bisibelebath powder
  6. Turmeric Powder
  7. Hing
  8. Salt
  9. Grated coconut
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. For seasoning Ghee
  12. Mustard
  13. Red chillies
  14. Cashews
  15. curry leaves
  16. For Bisibelebath powder
  17. Channa dal 2 tsp
  18. Urad dal 2 tsp
  19. Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  20. Red chillies 6
  21. Marathi Moogu 1
  22. Cinnamon 1 small piece
  23. Green cardamon 2
  24. Cloves 4
  25. Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  26. Methi 1/2 tsp
  27. jeera 1/2 tsp
  28. Pepper 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. COOK RICE
  2. COOK TUVR DAL AND TOMATOES. MASH THEM
  3. SOAK TAMARIND FOR 15 MINS
  4. PREPARE FRESH BISIBELEBATH POWDER WITH THE QUANTITY GIVEN IN INGREDIENTS SECTION. DRY ROAST THE INGREDIENTS AND GRIND TO FINE POWDER.
  5. CUT VEGETABLES
  6. SAUTE SLICED ONION AND OTHER VEGETABLES
  7. ADD TAMARIND PULP
  8. ADD TURMERIC, HING AND 2 TSP SALT
  9. ADD 2 TBSP BISIBELEBATH POWDER
  10. ADD MASHED DAL WHEN VEGETABLES ARE COOKED
  11. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  12. ADD COOKED RICE
  13. ADD SEASONING WITH GHEE, MUSTARD, CASHEWS AND CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES. REST BISIBELEBATH FOR 10 MINS
