Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 11/2 cup wheat flour
  2. Urad daal 11/2tbsp
  3. Garlic ginger 2tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak urad daal in water for 4-5hours.
  2. Then drain water grind in mixer with ginger salt red chilli powder (not very smooth little grainy).
  3. Roast it in little oil for 4-5 minutes.
  4. This is the stuffing of poori.
  5. Make dough of wheat flour add little salt in it.
  6. Make pooris fill the stuffing in between.
  7. Fry in hot oil.
