ABOUT Crispy sprouts Tikki RECIPE

Its a very yummy and healthy recipe . I have used only three main power- packed ingredients with spices to make it healthier yet tasty . Do try and enjoy it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Moong Sprouts 1 cup
  2. Poha 1/2 cup
  3. Boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Green chilly 1
  6. Garlic cloves 6
  7. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First soak poha in water for 5 minutes and drain it. Keep aside.
  2. Now add sprouts with garlic and green chilly in a jar and blend it.
  3. Make coarse paste of it.
  4. Now add soaked poha, boiled potatoes in sprouts paste and mix it nicely.
  5. Now add spices and mix all together.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  7. Now take some ready mixture in your hand and give shape of tikki . Ready all tikkis like this.
  8. Deep fry in medium to low flame till golden brown .
  9. Enjoy healthy and power packed tikkis with sauce of your choice.
