Sattu (Roasted channa dal) smoothie

Ingredients to make Sattu (Roasted channa dal) smoothie

  • 150 ml yogurt (chilled)
  • 1 tbsp Sattu (roasted channa powder)
  • black salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • To Garnish:
  • Roasted jeera powder to sprinkle on top
  • 1 tsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 a lemon wedge

How to make Sattu (Roasted channa dal) smoothie

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour this mixture into a glass and garnish with chopped onion, cilantro, roasted jeera powder. Also decorate it with a lemon wedge and serve to enjoy!
