Cheesy Mirch Pakora

Ingredients to make Cheesy Mirch Pakora

  • Achari Mirch (green) 5
  • Mozzarella cheese 20 gms
  • Processed cheese 2 cubes
  • Boiled potato 2
  • Roasted peanuts (crushed) 4-5 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • gram flour 4-5 tbsp
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil to fry
  • Peppy tomato oats 1 packet
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Cheesy Mirch Pakora

  1. Roast the chilies. Remove the skin of chilies.
  2. Make a filling with: grated boiled potato, grated mozzarella cheese, processed cheese and crushed peanuts. Mix all of these ingredients together.
  3. Make a batter: take gram flour in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, turmeric powder and water to make a thick batter.
  4. Cut the chillies in the middle and fill the filling in it, then dip them in the batter and wrap in oats. Fry these in hot oil for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve these hot and cheesy mirchi pakoras with tomato ketchup and garnish with cheese.

My Tip:

You can add any type of cheese you like.
