Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For noodles-
  2. Noodles -1 pack
  3. Refined oil - as needed
  4. Water -3 cup
  5. Salt as needed
  6. Vegetables chopped - cabbage 1/2 cup
  7. Green capsicum -1/2 cup
  8. Carrot -1/2 cup chopped
  9. Green chillies -3
  10. Chillie sauce -1 tsp
  11. Soya sauce -1 tsp
  12. Vinegar -1 tsp
  13. Peas -1/2 small cup
  14. For fried momos
  15. Flour/ maida - 1 cup
  16. Hot water -2 cup
  17. Oil -2 spoon
  18. Salt - as needed
  19. Chopped giner and chillies
  20. Chopped garlic
  21. Pepper crushed
  22. Cabbage -1/2
  23. Carrot-1
  24. For chutney-
  25. Tomato -3
  26. Red chilli -3
  27. Ginger -1/2
  28. Garlic -5
  29. Panchforan -1/2 tsp
  30. astefoedia pinch
  31. Oil
  32. Turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. In a boiling water boil noodles for 5-10 min and drain under the water.
  2. In hot oil add all chopped veggies with peas satue it add soya sauce chillies , chilli sauce tap it on high flame add boiled noodles.
  3. And toss the pan , under high flame.
  4. For momos -
  5. Knead flour with lukewarm water adding oil knead well and left for 1 hour covered with muslin cloth .
  6. In a bowl add chopped cabbage and carrot.
  7. In frying pan add oil add pinch of astefoedia and chopped chillies and ginger garlic ., And fry in cabbage bowl mix well adding salt,and pepper.
  8. Knee the dough again and make 10 small circles and Take a round, wet edges and place some filling in the center. 
  9. Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way. 
  10. Steam for 10 mins after dat pan fry the mom's in oil when completely cool down.
  11. For chutney-
  12. In hot oil add red chillies panch foran , astefoedia and pinch of turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and garlic ginger. Satue it
  13. Add salt and cover the pan for 10 min.
  14. Off the flame when it gets cool down , in mixer make a gud paste, chutney is ready enjoy with momos.
  15. Ready a gud platter of noodles momos with chutney.
