ABOUT TAWA PULAO WITH LEFTOVER RICE RECIPE

Tawa pulao is very easy recipe which made by lot of veggies and cottage paneer. But garlic flavor make it more tastier.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup leftover rice
  2. 1 cup finely chopped mix vegetables like onions, carrots, tomato, bellpaper, corn
  3. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  4. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  5. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  6. 2 tbsp paneer cubes
  7. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. salt as pr taste
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 1 tsp pavbhaji masala
  11. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take big pan or tawa heat 2 tbsp makhan crackled jeera add all vegies and saute till dry and half crunch remains.
  2. Add garlic, all dry masalas and salt mix well. Add sauce mix well
  3. Add rice and mix with 2 folks .
  4. Enjoy hot
