Tried little innovatively and for sure it will be a very yummy and spicy dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil 1 tablespoon
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Onions 2
  4. Rice 1 bowl
  5. Chings Chilli Sauce 2 tablespoons
  6. Wheat flour dough 1 cup
  7. Cooked maggi 1 cup
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a pan and saute onions for 2mins and add carrot to it saute it for few minutes.
  2. Then add salt,CuminPowder and chilli sauce and mix well.
  3. After that add rice to it and mix well.Let this cook for a while and take it off the heat.
  4. Roll out small portions of dough and flatten them out.
  5. Add the filling to the dough and shape it into small bags.
  6. Deep fry in the oil and put it on tissue paper.
  7. Add cooked Maggie and place potli above it.Thats all yummy yummy potli dish is ready.
