Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tuar dal 1 tablespoon
  2. Chana dal 1 tablespoon
  3. Urad dal 1 tablespoon
  4. Moong dal 1 tablespoon
  5. Rice 1 tablespoon
  6. Finely chopped onion 2
  7. Chopped green chilly 2
  8. Curry leaves 10 to 15 (chopped)
  9. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  10. Saunf/ Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Red chilly powder 1/2 Teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak all dals and rice and soak in sufficient water atleast for 1/2 an hour
  2. Later remove excess water and coarsely (dardaraa) grind dals and rice mixture . ( It should not be smooth paste)
  3. In a mixing bowl, take ground mixture and ,Add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, red chilly powder, Turmeric powder , coriander Powder , salt to taste , jeera and saunf
  4. Mix well
  5. Prepare wadas out of ready mixture
  6. Heat oil and carefully drop ready wadas in it . Deep fry on high heat and keep turning in between
  7. Deep fry till golden brown and crisp from both sides
  8. Serve hot with Tomato sauce or Green chutney. Enjoy hot and tempting mixed dal wadas with family and friends
