ABOUT Spicy Capicola Arancini RECIPE

Like the Italian arancini but the spiced up version

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 C White Rice, cooked
  2. 1/4 C Water
  3. 1/2 Cup Queso Chihuahua
  4. 1/4 Cup Mozzarella
  5. 1/4 Cup Manchego
  6. 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  7. 8 Slices Spicy Capicola
  8. 1/4 Tsp Ground White Pepper
  9. 2 Cups Panko
  10. 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix well the cooked rice mix with water, all cheeses, smoked paprika, white pepper and season with salt to taste.
  2. Slice the capicola into small pieces and stuff inside the rice; forming into balls. Roll and coat each well with panko.
  3. n a small sauce pot heat the oil up to 350 and fry lightly on all sides until golden brown. Cool for a minute, pull apart and eat.
