Ingredients to make Lemongrass Herbal Breezer

  • Lemongrass stalks 2
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Jaggery- 1 big piece
  • Rock salt- 1 tsp
  • Jaggery- 1 big piece

How to make Lemongrass Herbal Breezer

  1. Take a pan. Fill it with water(around 3 glasses). Put in lemongrass (chop lemongrass with kitchen scissors) into it.
  2. Boil it for around 5 minutes. Now add in jaggery. Stir continuously till the jaggery melts. Then turn off the flame. Cool and strain in a jar.
  3. Make juice of the ginger. Pour this juice into the lemongrass and jaggery mix. Now add in the juice of 1 lemon and rock salt. Give it a stir.
  4. Place this in the fridge for around 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve it chilled to enjoy!
