Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh green gram/hara chana - 1 cup
  2. Gram flour/besan - 2 tbsp
  3. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Hot spices/garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp B
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Roasted mango powder/amchur - 1/4 tsp
  8. Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  11. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Curd water - 1 tbsp
  14. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  15. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and coarsely grind the green gram.
  2. Add gram flour,rice flour,hot spices,black pepper powder,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,onion,cumin seeds,amchur,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle curd water and make a ball.
  4. Keep in the freeze for two to three hours.
  5. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  6. Deep fry in slow flame until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with tea.
