ABOUT MIRCHI KE PAKODE RECIPE

In traditional mirchi pkoda recipe, green chilles are stuffed with mashed potatoes along with masalas give it unique taste which complement the hottness of chillies especially during rainy days.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 GM devnagri chillies
  2. for filling 1/2 cup mashed boiled aloo
  3. 1/2 tsp aamchoor
  4. 1/2 tsp garam msala
  5. salt as pr taste
  6. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. outer covering
  9. 1 cup besan
  10. salt little
  11. pinch haldi
  12. pinch hing

Instructions

  1. Wash all chillies and slited lengthwise. Take a bowl mix all ingredients of outer covering and make semi thick batter. keep aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients of filling and make a dough
  3. Fill 1 tbsp dough in each chilli. Heat oil in kadai. coated all chillies in besan batter and deep fry twicely. Enjoy hot with any chutney
