Bread Poha here with a twist with surely rich and wow amul butter on the Toasts made a delicious and quick evening snack to satiate those hunger prangs with hot tea .Simple Stir fry with onion tomato green chillies and tang of tomatoes ,This Is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 slices Brown Bread
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 1 small tomato
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 tspn ginger paste
  6. Some chopped corriander
  7. 1 tblspn oil
  8. 20 gms butter amul preferably
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tspn red chilli powder of choice
  11. 1/2 tspn Turmeric
  12. 1 tspn Mustard Seeds
  13. 1/2 tspn Sambhar powder for twist in taste
  14. few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Keep at hand all ingredients
  2. Toast the bread slices after cutting the sides
  3. Now butter these slices
  4. Cut out medium pieces of this toasted bread
  5. Take a fry pan heat oil and add mustard seeds to crackle
  6. As these crackle add curry leaves and little red chilli powder
  7. Add chopped onions
  8. Add all spices after onions are little brown
  9. Add chopped tomatoes and ginger paste.
  10. Saute all well for 2 minutes and add toasted bread pieces and salt now
  11. Mix well and cover cook for 3-4 minutes
  12. Steaming hot Bread Poha ready
