This easy greens veg cutlet recipe is so testy and healthy full filled green vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, cauliflower, These combination full filled with nutrients of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 3/4 cup Boiled Spinach
  2. Some fenugreek boiled leaves
  3. 1 cup finely chopped potatoes
  4. 1/2 finely chopped french beans
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  7. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  8. 1/2 cup peas
  9. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon mango dry powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  13. 3/4cup bread crumbs for rolling
  14. 2 tablespoon plain flour
  15. 1/2 teaspoon poppyseed
  16. Salt to test
  17. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute
  2. Add all the potatoes, french beans, peas carrots and cauliflower , spinach, fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 20 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked, while stirring occasionally. Add water 1/2 cup to avoid the vegetables from burning.
  4. Add the salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and plain flour, mangoes dry powder,poppyseed. mix well and sauté on medium flame. for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Mash the mixture using a potato masher. add ginger garlic paste mix well
  6. Remove from the flame, transfer the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool completely.
  7. Divide the mixture Make a bolls 50 mm in oval shape
  8. Dip the roll bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides
  9. All dipped rolls Keep in fridge for half an hour
  10. Heat the oil in a heavy pan and deep fry the each cutlet till it golden brown from all sides drain on absorbent pepper.
  11. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
