Its very yummy and healthy snack to be enjoyed in any kitty party or in kids party.It can also be a healthy snack during fasting and for kids tiffin.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For outer covering :
  2. Potatoes boiled and peeled 6
  3. Ramdana 150 grams
  4. Rock salt according to taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Curry leaves powder
  6. Green chilly chopped according to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For stuffing :
  9. Pomegranate kernels 2 tablespoon
  10. Kishmish 1 tablespoon
  11. Coconut powder 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First get all the ingredients of stuffing & mix well .keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mash the potatoes and mix all ingredients together for the roll to make a dough like consistency.
  3. Take a handful of dough in hand, make a roll and press in between palms to add stuffing & give circular roll shape. Proceed the same way to make shapes with the remaining mixture.
  4. Ready all balls with stuffing and chill for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed skillet, add 3-4 rolls at a time on medium heat until cooked through and crisp golden brown in color on both sides.
  6. You can additionally drizzle a little more oil on the top to make the rolls little more crisp and tasty from the outside. Once done, drain the rolls on paper towels and serve warm.
  7. Serve the delicious Rolls along with any Chutney of your choice. It is an ideal snack option for parties or even pack them as a snack box for the kids school.
