Ingredients to make Thandai Cheesecake Shake

  • 1 tbsp thandai syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp softened cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3-4 tbsp vanilla Ice cream
  • 3-4 crushed digestive biscuits
  • 2 tsp butter, softened
  • 1 glass Chilled Milk
  • A pinch of saffron

How to make Thandai Cheesecake Shake

  1. Blend the thandai syrup, ice cream , cream- cheese, and milk until smooth. Chill till required.
  2. To make base: crush the digestive biscuits with a rolling pin by placing it in a ziplock bag. You can pulse it in the mixer too. Mix butter in it. Chill it.
  3. Setting up the glasses- Scoop one tbsp. of crushed biscuits and butter mix. Place at the bottom of glass. Press it.Top it with 1 tsp of strawberry crush and then add the chilled thandai shake.
  4. Drizzle some more strawberry crush on the shake. Enjoy.
