Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For coating:Maida/all purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Corn flour 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli powder 1tsp
  5. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  6. coriander powder 1tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  10. Water 1 cup
  11. Oil for frying
  12. For tossing:
  13. Oil 2tbsp
  14. Cumin 1 tsp
  15. Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  16. green chillies 3
  17. curry leaves
  18. Chilli sauce 1tbsp
  19. Pepper
  20. water 2tbsp
  21. Fresh corainder
  22. Cashews

Instructions

  1. For batter: take a bowl put maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, tomato sauce
  2. Mix well
  3. Add 1 cup water mix well into smooth paste
  4. Take bread slices cut the edges make cubes coat it in the above mentioned batter n deep fry till golden brown
  5. For tossing:
  6. Take oil in a non stick pan, add cumin, ginger garlic finely chopped, green chillies slit into half, curry leaves, chilli sauce, pepper, stir well.
  7. Then add water saute it for 2 mins.then put the fried bread cubes and toss well
  8. Turn off the flame remove it in a plate sprinkle coriander n some cashews n serve hot with green chutney or chilli sauce
