These Samosas looks so lovely and have a rich filling , i am sure it will steal the show. You can make them to greet your Guests on any occassion like Welcoming them , Kitty Parties etc and make yourself a Show Stopper

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Dough:
  2. 2cup maida
  3. 2tbsp oil
  4. 1 pinch of eating soda
  5. 1/4tsp Salt
  6. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  7. Water as per requirement
  8. For Filling
  9. 1/2 cup Crumbled Cottage Cheese
  10. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  11. Chopped green chilies
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  1. For Dough:
  2. Make a hard dough using all ingredients except water..
  3. Add water in batches
  4. Rest it for 30 minutes
  5. For Filling:
  6. Mix all the ingredients of filling and prepare it mild in taste
  7. Making Of Samosas :
  8. Divide the dough into equal sized balls
  9. Roll the ball by rolling pin
  10. Take out 3 roundels of it
  11. Place them in overlapping position as shown in the figure
  12. Apply the thick paste of maida and water on their corners
  13. Place filling in the centre as shown in the picture
  14. Start Folding them as shown in the picture
  15. Now from one end to another fold them
  16. It will automatically come in the shape of a rose
  17. Deep fry them
