ABOUT Deep fried chocolate and banana rolls RECIPE

This is a fried desert which is eaten by people of all ages all over the world. Here the bread pieces are stuffed with banana and chocolate and then coated with cornflakes crumbs and then deep fried. This can also be served as a breakfast dish because it contains banana, brown bread and cornflakes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. FOR FILLING:
  2. Banana one large cut into small pieces
  3. Sugar 1 table spoon
  4. Water 2 table spoon
  5. Lime juice 1/2 tea spoon
  6. Chocolate finely chopped 4 table spoon
  7. FOR WRAP:
  8. 4 Brown bread slices without the hard borders
  9. FOR DIPPING:
  10. All purpose flour 3 table spoon
  11. Egg one large
  12. Water as required to make a thick batter
  13. FOR COATING:
  14. Cornflakes crumbs/ bread crumb
  15. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take chopped bananas, sugar, water and lime juice in a pan.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes. It should be thick by that time.
  3. Make a thick batter with the above mentioned ingredients.
  4. Now roll the bread with a rolling pin until thin.
  5. Fill with banana filling and some chopped chocolate.
  6. Roll it carefully. Seal borders with the batter.
  7. Now dip them in batter, coat with cornflakes crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately.
