Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for chaap- half kg kamalkakdi
  2. 2 tbsp bread crums
  3. 2 tbsp besan
  4. salt as pr taste
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  6. 1/2 grm masala
  7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. for gravy- 1 chopped onion
  9. 1 chopped tomato
  10. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 1 tsp kashmiri mirch
  13. 1/2 tsp haldi
  14. 1/4 tsp rai
  15. 1/4 tsp jeera
  16. 2 tbsp whisked curd
  17. 1 tsp besan
  18. 1/2 tsp kasoori methi

Instructions

  1. wash and boil all kamalkakdi and grind coarsely in blender.
  2. take a big bowl add blended kamalkakdi and add all ingredients and mix like a loose dough
  3. then take a kulfi stick and cover with mixture and deep fry all.
  4. for gravy in a kadai. heat 2 tsp oil add jeera, rai saute it then add adruk , onoin cook till onion translucent then add chopped tomatoes , cook till soft. add haldi, chilli powder, garam masala and cook till oil is separated
