Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup boiled bengali gram lentil
  2. sugar or jaggery as per taste
  3. Cardmom powder 1tsp
  4. All purpose flour 2cup
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Half cup oil
  7. Oil for fry
  8. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. soak bengali gram for 4 hours
  2. now boil it in less water without salt
  3. after boil drain water
  4. now take a pan add bengali gram, cook till dry the mixture
  5. now add cardamom powder, sugar or jaggery.stir till sugar dissolve and get a thick dry mix
  6. now make a dough from all purpose flour, salt, half cup oil and water
  7. keep for 10 minutes
  8. now take a portion from dough. roll it like small poori. stuff with mix, seal it and fry on low flame till crisp...enjoy
