Ingredients for Chinese Birds Nest ===
4 slices of Bread
1/2 cup stuffing
Boiled Noodles for nest
Oil for fry
4 Long for eyes
Carrot for beak nd cap
Ingredients for Chinese Stuffing ==
2 chopped onion
1 chopped green capsicum
1 chopped red capsicum
1 chopped tomato
2 tbspn chopped beans
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1 cup Boiled Noodles
2 tspn oil
2 tspn soya sauce
2 tspn tomato ketchup
1 tspn green chilly sauce
1 tspn Red chilly sauce
1 tspn vinegar
1/4 tspn black pepper

Instructions

Steps for Stuffing ==
Heat oil in a pan then add onions nd saute them then add carrots nd cook for 2 minutes.
Now add all veggies nd cook for another 2 minutes.
Add boiled noodles nd mix .
Now add all sauces and mix .
Add salt nd black pepper nd mix well nd cook till they become dry .
Chinese Stuffing is ready.
Method for making Balls ==
Cut the edges of bread slices nd dip into water for 1 second nd squeeze in palms .
Keep some stuffing into the center of squeezed bread nd roll in ball shape
Make 4 balls like this 2 small balls for face nd 2 big balls for body part .
Now deep fry them .
Plating ==
Fix the body part with face with tooth pic.
make eyes nd nose nd one cap .
Birds r ready .
Now make nest with boiled noodles nd set birds in center of nest .
Ready cute birds nest .
