Ingredients to make Cardamom Tea / Elaichi Tea

  • 1.5 teaspoon tea leaves
  • 3 crushed cardamom (elaichi)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2.5 cups of water
  • Sugar to taste

How to make Cardamom Tea / Elaichi Tea

  1. Crush the cardamom pods roughly and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan, on medium flame boil the water with cardamom.
  3. Add the tea powder and simmer for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add the milk and sugar and allow to simmer for another for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Strain and serve hot with snacks.

My Tip:

You can skip adding sugar while making tea.
