ABOUT Swiss Roll RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Sugar 100 gms
  3. Cake gel 10 gms
  4. Vanilla essence Few drops
  5. Butter cream 100 gms
  6. Egg 3
  7. Baking powder 2 gms
  8. Baking soda 1 gms

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking powder and soda. Beat sugar along with eggs, add vanilla essence and salt while mixing.
  2. Mix till sugar dissolves completely. Add gel and mix further.
  3. Pour the batter into greased cake mould or biscuit tray. Add flour and mix roughly.
  4. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. After baking apply butter cream and roll it. Keep it in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Decorate with nuts and cut it into round shape.
