Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil 3tbsp
  2. Bhindi/ okra 250 gms
  3. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 2tsp
  6. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Amchoor powder 1tsp
  8. Hing a pinch
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Onion 1big sliced
  11. Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL THE MASALAS, STUFF INTO 250 GMS SLIT BHINDI, SET ASIDE FOR 15 MINS
  2. FRY 1 SLICED ONION IN 3 TBSP HOT OIL TILL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD STUFFED BHINDI, COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT
  4. STIR OCCASIONALLY
  5. COOK TILL SOFT, GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER
  6. SPRINKLE SOME LEMON JUICE, SERVE HOT
