ABOUT Vanilla Cupcake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

Flour 100 gms
Sugar 100 gms
Cake gel 10 gms
Fresh cream 100 gms
Egg 3
Baking powder 2 gms
Baking soda 1 gms
Colour sprinklers 1 packet
Vanilla essence Few drops

Instructions

Sieve the flour along with baking powder and soda.
Beat sugar along with eggs and add vanilla essence, salt while mixing. Mix till sugar dissolves completely.
Add gel and mix further. Add flour and mix roughly. Pour the batter into cup cake moulds.
Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 20 to 30 minutes.
After baking allow it to cool and then top the cakes with cream and sprinkles.
