Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer as small cubes 1 cup
  2. Carrot in small cubes 1 cup
  3. Capsicum in small cubes 1 cup
  4. Onion in small cubes 1 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste. 2 tablespoons
  6. Corn flour/Besan flour 3 table spoons
  7. Rice flour. 1 table spoon
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Kashmiri chilli powder as per taste
  10. Amchur powder one pinch
  11. Pav bhaaji masala/Sabzi masala 1 teaspoon
  12. Coriander leaves chopped one small bowl
  13. Cheese ( Optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl,mix the flour,Kashmiri chilly powder,turmeric,salt,sabzi masala,ginger garlic paste and amchur powder with required amount of water and make a thick batter.
  2. Add the vegetables and paneer into the batter and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate it for half an hour.
  4. After that deep fry it as we make fritters and katchoris
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves and cheese. serve hot with your choice of chutney or sauce as a starter or as a tea time snack.
