Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted fenugreek 1 cup
  2. Shallots finely chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Coconut grated 1/4 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Chilly powder 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Mustard seed 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add oil and fry mustard and curry leaves
  2. Add chopped shallots and saute
  3. After it becomes translucent add salt
  4. Rub chilly powder and turmeric powder in coconut and add this to shallots
  5. Switch off stove and add sprouted fenugreek
  6. Serve with rice
