Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Quinoa uncooked 1/2 cup
  2. Black Pepper to taste
  3. Mixed vegetables 1/4 cup
  4. Water 2 cups
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green onion 1
  7. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  8. Oats(roasted and powdered ) 1/2 tbsp(optional)
  9. Olive oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a sauce pan add 1 tsp of oil then white part of green onion and the garlic powder, saute for 1-2 min.
  2. Add vegetables(carrot/beans/corn) and saute. Add quinoa mix properly, add water and salt, let it come to a boil.
  3. Turn heat on low, let quinoa cook properly. Add oats powder(optional) to thicken.
  4. Sprinkle black pepper and garnish with green Onions. Serve hot in a bowl or cup.
