ABOUT Buttermilk brined chicken RECIPE

Brining is a process of soaking meat in salted solution for few hours/ overnight. Brining helps to keep meat juicy and soft inside . I soaked thinly sliced chicken pieces in salted buttermilk solution and kept in refrigerator overnight. The more time we brine, the more tasty our food is.
